1. General

Use of this website and the availability of our products are governed by these terms and conditions. By purchasing products through StyleSaver.co.uk, you agree to these terms, which may be updated from time to time. Any such updates will be communicated via this website.

2. The Contract Between Us

We must receive full payment for the goods you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment is received, we will confirm acceptance by email to the address provided at checkout. Our acceptance of your order forms a legally binding contract between you (the customer) and Designerwear International Ltd. We do not store credit card details.

3. Price

3.1 The prices payable for goods are shown on StyleSaver.co.uk.

3.2 Delivery charges are displayed during checkout and may vary by location. In some areas, delivery may not be possible.

4. Your Right to Cancel

4.1 You may cancel your order at any time before dispatch without penalty.

4.2 Orders for certain goods marked with an asterisk (*) cannot be cancelled.

4.3 If goods have already been dispatched, you must return them at your own cost and risk. Items must remain unused and in their original packaging.

5. Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel your order if:

• 5.1.1 We have insufficient stock;
• 5.1.2 Delivery cannot be made to your location; or
• 5.1.3 A product was listed at an incorrect price or with inaccurate information.

If we cancel your order, we will notify you by email and refund any payment made within 30 days. We are not liable for any additional compensation.

6. Delivery

6.1 Goods will be delivered to the address provided at checkout.

6.2 We aim to dispatch orders promptly and within 30 days of purchase.

6.3 Ownership passes to you upon delivery. Once delivered, goods are held at your own risk.

6.4 If you request delivery to be left in a safe place, you accept full responsibility for any resulting loss or damage.

6.5 If a courier marks an item as “delivered” and you claim non-receipt, we are not liable for the loss.

7. Liability

7.1 If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect goods, notify us within 10 working days of delivery at enquiries@stylesaver.co.uk. We will provide a prepaid return label for inspection. Returns received more than 30 days after issue of the label may not be accepted.

7.2 If you do not receive your goods within 30 days of ordering, contact us at enquiries@stylesaver.co.uk within 40 days.

Our obligations in such cases are limited to:

• 7.3.1 Making good any shortage or non-delivery;
• 7.3.2 Replacing or repairing defective goods; or
• 7.3.3 Refunding the purchase price.

7.4 We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or financial loss (including loss of profits or goodwill).

7.5 You are responsible for ensuring compliance with import/export laws in your country.

7.6 Nothing in these terms excludes your statutory rights as a consumer or our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in this website and its contents remain the property of Designerwear International Ltd. You may print or store material for personal use only.

8.1 All images and content on StyleSaver.co.uk are the intellectual property of Designerwear International Ltd and must not be used by third parties without permission (including resale platforms such as eBay).

9. Notices

Unless otherwise stated, all communications should be emailed to enquiries@stylesaver.co.uk. Notices from us to you will be displayed on the website or sent by email.

10. Events Beyond Our Control

We are not liable for failure or delay in fulfilling an order due to events beyond our reasonable control, including strikes, system failures, network outages, fire, flood, or natural disasters.

11. Invalidity

If any clause of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining clauses will remain valid and enforceable.

Use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

No third party shall have the right to enforce these terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.

15. Governing Law

This contract is governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law. The English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes.

16. Entire Agreement

These terms, together with our current website details, delivery information, and privacy policy, constitute the full agreement between you and us. No statement made by any employee or representative shall alter these terms unless confirmed in writing by Designerwear International Ltd.

17. Returns Policy

Please ensure items are tried on without perfume, aftershave, or deodorant that may mark or scent the garment. All tags must remain attached, and items should be returned in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear or swimwear.

Faulty items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery and returned for inspection. A store credit will be issued if a replacement is unavailable. Refunds will not be issued for wear and tear, misuse, or alterations.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Contact enquiries@stylesaver.co.uk regarding delivery or return issues.

18. Multi-Buy Offers

If returning part of a multi-buy offer, we may charge the retained items at full price or require all items in the offer to be returned. Ladies footwear is excluded from multi-buy offers unless stated.

Discount codes apply only to selected items.

19. Distance Selling Regulations

Under UK law, you may cancel your order within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Cancellations must be requested in writing by email to returns@stylesaver.co.uk, quoting your order number.

Returned goods must be in original condition and packaging. You are responsible for return postage until received by us. We recommend a tracked, insured service via Royal Mail.

Mobile Terms of Service

Designerwear International Ltd operates the Style Saver mobile message service (“Service”). By using this Service, you agree to these terms (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or these Terms at any time.

By subscribing to SMS updates, you agree to receive recurring marketing and service-related texts from Style Saver at the number provided. Message and data rates may apply.

We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. We respect your privacy— please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.
