Dispatch Promise
We aim to process and dispatch orders placed before 15:40 GMT on the same working day. Orders placed after this time on Friday, over the weekend, or on a Bank Holiday will be dispatched the next working day.
Heads up: Orders placed after 15:40 GMT on Thursday are dispatched on Friday. If you want Saturday delivery, please select DPD Saturday at checkout.
We dispatch Monday–Friday and are closed Saturday and Sunday. Orders placed after 15:40 GMT on Friday will be dispatched on Monday morning.
During peak periods, carrier delivery estimates may be affected by network delays and varying working patterns.

Can I Amend My Shipping Option?
If you wish to change your delivery service after placing an order, email enquiries@stylesaver.co.uk no later than 15:30 GMT on the day of purchase. We will confirm any changes and may request additional payment if the selected service costs more.
Delays in contacting us or settling additional charges may postpone dispatch.

Tracking Your Order
All orders are sent via tracked services. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. If you have not received tracking details, please contact us at enquiries@stylesaver.co.uk
Customs & Duties
We cannot be held responsible for customs duties or import taxes applied by destination countries. All shipments are declared at the correct order value. If you are unsure about customs charges, please contact your local customs office.
Delivery Options & Safe Place
Some couriers offer options such as leave in a safe place or leave with a neighbour. These arrangements are between you and the courier. Style Saver / Designerwear International Ltd is not responsible for loss or damage arising from these choices.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. If an incorrect address is provided and a parcel is delivered to that address, responsibility lies with the customer.

Delivery Offers & Returns Interaction
If your order qualified for a free-delivery promotion but you return items and the remaining total falls below the free-delivery threshold, the original delivery fee for your selected service will be deducted from your refund.
